Hi, I'm Mandi

I'm a speaker, strategic advisor, and author. When I left corporate America over ten years ago to start my own business, I had drive, determination, and (if I’m honest) absolutely no idea what I was doing. I was learning in real time, questioning myself constantly, and hustling to figure out how to make it all work. Looking back now, I can see I was on a fast track to burnout.

What changed everything for me wasn’t a quick-fix course, an expensive marketing plan, or a top-secret strategy. It was choosing to lean in and open up to the people around me.

I was fortunate to find an incredible group of peers and mentors who became a small, trusted circle of friends who were also building their businesses. We learned together, shared honest conversations, held each other accountable, supported one another through hard moments, and celebrated wins along the way. That sense of community became essential to my growth as a business owner and leader.

Since then, I’ve worked with solopreneurs, family-owned businesses, startups, and multimillion-dollar companies through seasons of transition and growth. My background spans brand marketing, sales leadership, organizational communication, operations, and leadership development, paired with the real-life experience of building something from the ground up. Over time, I came to understand just how rare and valuable that early community truly was.

The Legacy Brand Collective was created from that experience.

Today, as a Strategic Advisor with 4G Advisory Group, I bring proven frameworks, people-centered leadership, and advanced operational and AI-enabled tools into this Collective.

At the heart of my work is alignment. Alignment between values and decisions, vision and execution, and who you are and what you’re building.
